Magdalena holds a degree in Management, with academic work focused on Conflict Management, plus postgraduate education in Business Coaching. Combined with more than two decades of operating experience, this brings focus to both sides of performance: the numbers, systems and strategy — and the leadership dynamics that determine whether a strategy succeeds or fails.

When Magdalena moved to the United States, she arrived without a business network, local connections or a single person who could open a door. Within three weeks of registering a new company, she secured a contract with a major beachfront resort representing more than 80 vacation homes. That company grew into an established hospitality operation, supported by a substantial team, and was ultimately sold.
